What Happens After the TNPSC Field Assistant Result 2025-26?

TNPSC Field Assistant Selection Process & Evaluation Criteria
The selection is based solely on the marks obtained in the written examination, provided the candidate passes the mandatory qualifying paper.
1. Marking Scheme
- Paper I (Part A): Tamil Eligibility Test (SSLC Standard). Candidates must score a minimum of 60 marks (40%) to have their other papers evaluated.
- Paper I (Part B & C) + Paper II: These sections (Total 450 marks) determine the final ranking.
2. Minimum Qualifying Marks
To be considered for the merit list, candidates must achieve the following aggregate marks:
- SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, and BCMs: 135 Marks
- Others: 180 Marks
