THDC Engineer and Executive Syllabus 2025, Exam Pattern, Selection Process

Tehri Hydro Development Corporation (THDC) has announced the recruitment of 129 Engineers and Executives across various Stations, projects, and offices in India. The exam dates for these posts will be announced soon by the THDC on its official website. It is important to cover the entire syllabus before the exam date. THDC Engineer and Executive Selection Process 2025

The Selection Process for the THDC Engineer and Executives includes two conditions which are:

1. If candidates are more than 50, the final merit list for the recruitment will be based on written tests and Personal Interview

• 75% weightage for the Written Test
• 25% weightage for an Interview

2. If candidates are less than 50, the final merit list will be based on Interviews only.

THDC Engineer and Executive Exam Pattern 2025

There are three subjects from which questions are asked, and the weightage of the concerned discipline is maximum which is 120 marks. And, the other two subjects will have 15 marks each. The marking scheme is as follows:

• Each question carries one mark
• For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded
• For every incorrect attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted

After clearing the written examination candidates will be called for the Interview which will be conducted for 50 marks. If in case, candidates are less than 50, only interviews will be held. As per the notification, candidates have to cross the minimum percentage to qualify for the examination.
