SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025, Merit List & Cut Off

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVN) successfully conducted the Executive Trainee exam at various centers in August 2025. SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025 is expected to be announced in November 2025. Along with the result, the cut-off marks will also be released on the official website https://sjvn.nic.in/. SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025

There will be three stages, Computer-Based Test(CBT), Group Discussion, and Interview. The final selection will be based on scores from all stages. The CBT carries 75% weight, the Group Discussion 10%, and the Interview 15%. For the CBT, the SJVN Result 2025 will be released in PDF format, displaying the application number, candidate’s name, father’s name, and date of birth.

Through the examination under Advertisement Number 122/2025, a total of 114 Executive Trainees will be selected for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, IT, and other posts. Candidates whose names are mentioned in the SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025 will appear for the group discussion and Interview. In this stage, their communication skills and technical knowledge for the post will be assessed.

• Navigate to Career → Current Jobs → Recruitment for the post of Executive Trainees in SJVN 2025.
• Click on the SJVN Executive Trainee Result link under Advertisement Number 122/2025.
• After clicking, the PDF will open on your screen
• Press CTRL+F to check your name.
• If selected, save the PDF for future reference.

SJVN Executive Trainee Cut Off 2025

The cutoff for different disciplines like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, IT, and other posts will be released separately. The SJVN Executive Trainee Cutoff 2025 will depend on several factors, such as the total number of vacancies, the difficulty level of the exam, candidates’ performance, and the normalization process.

What After SJVN Result 2025?

After the declaration of the SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025, shortlisted candidates will be called for the following stages:

Shortlisting for Group Discussion (GD) and Interview

• Candidates whose names appear in the SJVN Executive Trainee Result 2025 PDF will be caleed for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
• The call letters or interview schedule will be announced at https://sjvn.nic.in.

Group Discussion (GD)

• In the group discussion, candidates’ personalities will be checked
• Candidates may face questions related to current affairs and technical knowledge.

Personal Interview: The interview panel will judge candidates’ awareness about the energy sector.

• Technical knowledge (based on their discipline, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, IT, etc.)
• Understanding of SJVN’s operations and management.

Final Merit List Preparation

• The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined obtained in, Computer-Based Test, GD and Interview
• Weightage is as follows:

1. CBT: 75%
2. GD: 10%
3. Interview: 15%

Candidates selected in the final merit list must go through document verification, followed by medical examination
