What to Do if SBI Clerk Photo or Signature Gets Rejected?

Simply reducing the file size is not enough. Candidates should also make sure that the uploaded images meet the visual and technical requirements mentioned by SBI.

Particulars Reasons What to Do?
Photograph is Blurred A photograph with very low resolution or excessive compression may become unclear. Start with a good-quality photograph and compress it only as much as required.
Incorrect File Size A photograph or signature may have the correct dimensions but still be outside the permitted KB range. Check the final file size after resizing and compression.
Wrong Dimensions Changing only the file size does not automatically change the image dimensions. Check both the pixel dimensions and KB size before uploading.
Excessive White Space Around Signature A signature with too much blank space may become very small after resizing. Crop the unnecessary blank area while keeping the complete signature intact.
Poor Photograph Quality Dark lighting, shadows, unclear facial features or an unsuitable background can create problems during verification. Use a clear photograph that follows the latest SBI instructions.
Wrong File Format Uploading a file in a format not accepted by the application portal can result in an error. Save the final file in the format specified by SBI.
