SAIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

SAIL Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2025

There will be 200 questions asked from the Domain Knowledge Test, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness.

• Each question carries 1 mark
• Domain knowledge has 100 questions and must be completed in 40 minutes.
• The other sections carry 100 questions and must be completed in 80 minutes.

SAIL Management Trainee Salary 2025

Appointed candidates will get the basic pay during Training is Rs. 50000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000. After the completion of training, Management Trainees (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Managers in E1 Grade, with a pay scale of Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000.
