RRB Paramedical CBT exam was held on 11th, 12th, and 13th March 2026, and the results for the same have been released in PDF format, including the roll numbers of candidates shortlited for Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Through the RRB Paramedical exam (CEN 03/2025), a total of 434 vacancies will be recruited for various paramedical category posts, including nursing superintendent, health and malaria inspector grade III, pharmacist grade III, lab assistant grade II, and other posts.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has activated the link to download the RRB Paramedical Score Card for all candidates, whether qualified or not, at https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ and other regional websites. To check their marks and scores obtained by them in the CBT exam, candidates need to provide their login details, registration number, and password (date of birth).

How to Check RRB Paramedical Result and Score Card 2026?

Follow the step-by-step process below to download the Railway Paramedical Score Card.

1. Open a web browser and visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) at https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
2. On the homepage, find CEN 03/2025 (Paramedical): Result, Score Card and Marks for CBT Exam.
3. Now, a new login page appears on the screen.
4. Enter your login details, i.e., Registration Number and Password (Date of Birth).
5. After filling in valid login details, enter the captcha code and click on the Login tab.
6. RRB Paramedical Score Card and Marks appear on the screen. Download and save it for future reference.

What to do after downloading the RRB Paramedical Result and Score Card 2026?

After downloading the Result, candidates check their roll number in the PDF to know whether they are qualified for the DV round or not. Qualified candidates have to undergo the following stages.

Stage 1 – Document Verification – Candidates must carry original certificates, along with two sets of A4-size self-attested photocopies, as specified in the CEN and your e-call letter. The DV process will be held at the place indicated in the admit card for DV.

Stage 2 – Medical Examination – Qualified candidates in DV will be sent for Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospitals located in the jurisdiction of RRBs on the next day of DV (or as instructed). Candidates have to pay the prescribed medical fee of Rs 24/- only.

Note- Candidates have to be prepared for DV & Medical Examination for more than 3 to 4 days. Aspirants absent during the DV and/or medical exam will not be considered for selection.

How to Calculate Marks in RRB Paramedica Exam 2026?

The RRB Paramedical exam, conducted in a computer-based test, consists of four sections in total. Candidates can calculate their marks with the simple steps as follows.

• With a total of 100 marks, for every correct answer given by the candidates, they can add +1 mark
• As there is negative marking, 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer
• No mark will be added for an unattempted answer.

Total Marks = Correct Answers × 1 – Wrong Answers × 1/4

As mentioned in the notification PDF, there are minimum qualifying marks for the RRB Pramedical CBT exam. To qualify for the exam, candidates have to score a minimum of marks as follows:

• Unreserved (General) –  40%
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) – 30%
• Scheduled Caste (SC) – 30%
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 25%
