Railway Paramedical Exam Result 2026

The RRB Paramedical CBT exam was conducted for 434 vacancies in paramedical category posts, including nursing superintendent, health and malaria inspector grade III, clinical psychologist, audiologist & speech therapist, dietician, pharmacist grade III, lab assistant grade II, and other posts. Steps to Check Railway Paramedical Merit List 2026

Although the result pdfs are shared above, but to download from the official website, follow the steps discussed below. 

1. Visit the Railway Recruitment Board's regional website for the respective region you have applied to.
2. On the homepage, find the CEN 03/2025 (Paramedical): Result for CBT Exam.
3. The result of the RRB Paramedical CBT exam appears on the screen.
4. Open the PDF and press Ctrl + F to check your roll number.
5. If your roll number appears on the screen, then you are eligible to appear for the document verification.
6. Download the RRB Paramedical Result PDF for future reference.

What's Next After the Railway Paramedical Result 2026?

The candidates whose roll number appeared in the result PDF are shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process, that is, Document Verification and Medical Examination, which is the last stage of the selection process, after which the selected candidates will get the joining letter for the post they have applied for.

1. Candidates must keep their original certificates, along with two sets of A4-size self-attested photocopies, as specified in the CEN and your e-call letter. Documents must be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi.
2. Attend the Medical Examination: Conducted the day after DV at a designated railway hospital. A medical examination fee of ₹24/- must be paid. Additional charges for specialised tests, such as CT scans or ultrasounds, may apply if facilities are not available at the railway hospital.
3. Candidates must keep visiting the official RRB website for updates regarding DV and medical dates. The venues and reporting times will be shared via email, SMS, and the RRB site.
4. Good health is vital to meet RRB’s medical standards. Prepare physically to ensure a smooth clearance in the medical test.
