The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has successfully conducted the RRB Paramedical Exam 2026 to recruit eligible candidates for 434 Paramedical Categories posts. The RRB Paramedical Result 2026 for the Computer-Based Test (CEN 03/2025) will be released in April 2026 at the RRB official website and all other regional websites. What's Next After Railway Paramedical Result 2026?

Once the RRB Paramedical Result 2026 for CBT Exam will be released, the candidates whose roll number will appear in the result PDF will be shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process, that is, Document Verification and Medical Examination, which is the last stage of the selection process, after which the selected candidates will get the joining letter for the post they have applied for. 

1. Candidates must keep their original certificates, along with two sets of A4-size self-attested photocopies, as specified in the CEN and your e-call letter. Documents must be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi.
2. Attend the Medical Examination: Conducted the day after DV at a designated railway hospital. A medical examination fee of ₹24/- must be paid. Additional charges for specialised tests like CT scans or ultrasounds may apply if facilities are not available in the railway hospital.
3. Candidates must keep visiting the official RRB website for updates regarding DV and medical dates. The venues and reporting times will be shared via email, SMS, and the RRB site.
