Punjab Police has announced the Punjab Police Constable Physical Test Dates 2025 through the official notice released on 11th September 2025 at the official website www.punjabpolice.gov.in. Punjab Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) are scheduled from 7th October 2025. Candidates declared qualified in the Computer-Based Test are now eligible to appear for the Punjab Police Physical Test 2025, and those who qualify in the physical test will be called for document verification and medical examination.
Punjab Police Constable Physical Test Dates 2025 Out
A total of 1746 vacancies are released by the Punjab Police for the post of Constable, for which the 2nd stage of the selection process, i.e., Physical Test, that will include Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), will be conducted from 7th October 2025 onwards. The PMT is held to test whether the shortlisted candidates meet the required physical requirements, such as height, and in PST, candidates have to complete the given activities within the given time limits.

The Punjab Police has released an official notice on the official website of www.punjabpolice.gov.in announcing the Punjab Police Constable Physical Test Dates 2025 for the Physical Screening Test and Physical Measurement Test, and the same has been provided below.
Punjab Police Constable PMT (Physical Measurement Test)
The Physical Measurement Test is held to test whether the shortlisted candidates meet the required physical requirements, such as height. The physical standards for both male and female candidates are different, and the same have been mentioned below.

Punjab Police Constable PST (Physical Screening Test)
Only the candidates who will be qualified in the CBT Exam will be eligible to appear for the PST. In the Physical Screening Test, candidates have to complete the given activities within the given time limits. There will be various parameters like Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Full Squats, and their requirements will be different for male, female, and ex-serviceman candidates.
For Males
The males candidates who applied for Constable posts will be examined for the Physical Screening Test for the following parameters.
