Interested and eligible graduates can apply online through the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) portal from 8th February 2026 onwards.

PNB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Overview

The apprenticeship program by Punjab National Bank (PNB) offers young graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on banking experience along with a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300 for Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban Branches and Rs. 15000 for Metro branches.

Candidates must keep handy the documents, including their Aadhaar card, a valid personal email ID (will be required to activate account and Login), Mobile number, passport-size photograph, and Qualifying Degree / Provisional Certificate while submitting the application forms. Punjab National Bank Apprentice Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for Apprentice posts will be based on an Online Written Test, a Test of local language, and a Medical Exam. The final selection of the candidates will be based on qualifying in a written test, a test of the local language, a medical examination, and verification of eligibility for the post.

PNB Apprentice Exam Pattern 2026

The computer-based test consists of 4 subjects (General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge) with 25 questions from each subject. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes (1 hour), and there is no sectional timing. The medium of the exam will be English and Hindi (except General English).
