While filling out the OSAP IRB Recruitment Online Form 2024 candidates must keep in mind to not click on the “Back button provided on the toolbar tab of the browser.

1. Go to any web browser and enter the URL for Odisha Police i.e. https://www.odishapolice.gov.in/.
2. The homepage of the website opens up. Tap on the “Click Here” button provided above “Recruitment for Sepoys/Constables in Battalions.
3. The new page is displayed, click on the link that reads “Registration for Odisha Sepoy/Constable in OSAP/IR Bn in Odisha Police under the “Important Link” section.
4. Then tap on the “New Registration” button provided in the yellow box. Read out all the instructions provided on the screen, and tick the box.
5. Then, tap on the “Click Here to Proceed” button. Then enter your mobile number, e-mail ID, Aadhar number, and password.
6. Proceed further by entering the captcha code and then move further.
7.  Upon successful verification of mobile number, and e-mail ID, candidates are required to enter personal details including name, date of birth, category, gender, etc.
8. Now, move further to add details related to your qualifications in the given blank fields.
9. Then, candidates are required to attach important documents along with the OSAP IRB Application Form 2024 such as photographs, signatures, and other essential documents supporting their eligibility.

1. A Recent color passport-size photograph, signature, and thumb impression
2. Caste certificate
3. 10th or equivalent pass certificate
4. Certificate/document in support of claiming reservation under the Ex-Servicemen category
5. Sports ID Card in support of claim as Sportsperson.
6. Certificate of passing Odia language
7. Aadhar Card issued by the Govt. Authority, with candidates’ photograph therein.
8. NOC in case of candidates working in Govt. Service. (if applicable)
9. NCC ‘A’ or ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate for claiming of weightage mark (if applicable)
10. Driving License (valid) for claiming proficiency in Driving for weightage mark (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria to Fill OSAP IRB Application Form 2024

Before beginning the filling out OSAP IRB Recruitment Online Form 2024 candidates need to properly understand the eligibility requirements for Constable posts. The main parameters that are used to determine the eligibility of candidates for OSAP IRB Recruitment 2024 are age limit, and educational qualification.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2024)

The candidate’s minimum age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as on 1st January 2024 to be eligible to apply online for OSAP IRB Recruitment 2024. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories get 5 years of age relaxation in the upper age limit, i.e. the upper age limit for these categories is 28 years.

Educational Qualification

Those who have passed the High School Certificate Examination (Matriculation / 10th Class Pass) conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, or an equivalent examination conducted by any other recognized Board or Council are eligible to apply for Sepoys/Constables posts for Odisha Police.

General Requirements

Apart from the candidate’s age and qualifications, there are some other general requirements that must be fulfilled to become eligible for Constable posts at OSAP IRB.

• Any candidate who is a citizen of India and has a good character, sound health, and is able to speak, write, and read the Odia language is eligible.
• Those who have passed Odia as on the subjects in the High School Certificate Examination or an examination equivalent to Odia language equivalent to M.E. standard recognized or conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha.

Note:- Women, Transgender, and Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates are not eligible to apply online for the Sepoys/Constables posts.
