The written examination for the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon / Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeon will be conducted on 31st August 2025 (Sunday) at Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir, Kharavela Nagar, Unit-3, Bhubaneswar. The examination will be conducted in two sessions. Paper I (Veterinary Science) will take place from 9:30 am to 12 noon, and Paper II (Animal Science) will be conducted from 2 pm to 04:30 pm. Candidates can follow these simple steps to download the OPSC VAS Admit Card 2025:

• Visit the official website of Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), https://www.opsc.gov.in/.
• On the homepage, click on the “Download Certificate” in front of text “Veterinary Assistant Surgeon / Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeon (Advt. No. 04 of 2025-26) – Download Admission Certificate & Instructions for Written Examination”
• After clicking, enter the Examination name, PPSAN and Date of Birth.
• After submitting the details, your admit card appears on the screen.
• Download, save and print the admit card for the examination.

OPSC VAS Exam Date 2025

The written exam has two papers: Paper 1: Veterinary Science and Paper 2: Animal Science

• A total of 100 questions will be asked for 100 marks.
• The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
• 0.25 marks will be subtracted for each wrong answer.
