- Copy of Apprenticeship Registration Form (from NAPS/NATS portal)
- Educational certificates & mark sheets (scanned and clear)
- Matric certificate (as proof of age)
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL if applicable, in Govt. format)
