National Fertilisers Limited (NFL) has released the official notification for Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 01/2026) and Field Representative (Advt No 02/2026). The NFL has invited online applications from energetic, qualified Indian nationals for engagement as Management Trainees (Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Materials, Information Technology, Electrical, and Chemical) and Field Representative posts.

NFL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the Management Trainee and Field Representative posts, candidates must go through the required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

MT (Marketing)	2-year full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Marketing / Agribusiness / Rural Management / International Business, etc. with min. 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute. OR B.Sc. (Agriculture) + M.Sc. (Agriculture) with min. 60% marks from UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized institute.
MT (Finance & Accounts)	Bachelor’s Degree with CA / ICWA / CMA (Final) from ICAI or ICAI. OR 2-year full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with major specialization in Finance / Financial Management with min. 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
MT (Materials)	Full-time B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. Engg. in Mechanical / Material Science with min. 60% marks. OR 2-year MBA / PG Degree in Materials Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management with min. 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit (As on 30/04/2026)

The minimum age for both posts is 18 years, and the maximum age for the Management Trainee post is 27 years, and for the Field Representative, it is 30 Years as on the cut-off date of 30 April 2026.
