MPSC Departmental PSI Final Result 2026 Out, 615 Candidates Shortlisted

The Maharashtra Public Service Commission has officially released the Provisional Selection List for the Police Sub Inspector (PSI) Limited Departmental Main Examination 2023. The list, published on 30th April 2026, includes candidates across all reservation categories and ranks them based on their combined Written Test (Wrt.) marks and Physical Test (PT) marks. The total visible list runs to 615 candidates under the Open merit category alone.

The final total score for each candidate is calculated by adding two components: the Written Test marks (Wrt. Tot.) and the Physical Test marks (PT). Candidates who scored full marks (100) in the Physical Test had a significant advantage. The highest total score in this list stands at 377.00, achieved by two candidates tied at ranks 1 and 2 with identical totals.

What Selected Candidates Should Do Next?

Candidates who find their names on the provisional selection list should keep all original documents ready for verification, including educational certificates, caste certificates (where applicable), identity proofs, and any other documents relevant to their claimed reservation category. EWS candidates must produce a valid income and asset certificate from a competent authority. Ex-serviceman candidates should carry their discharge certificates.
