MPPSC Prelims Answer Key 2026 Out, Download Paper 1 and 2 Response Sheet PDF

The answer key for the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) State Service and State Forest Service Preliminary Examination 2026 has been officially released on its portal within just one day after the exam on 27th April 2026. Candidates who participated in the prelims exam can check and download the answer key PDF for Papers 1 and 2 from the official website or the direct link shared below in the article.

MPPSC Prelims Answer Key 2026 Out

The exam consists of 2 papers, which are scheduled from 10 am to 12 noon and from 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm. Candidates who attended the MPPSC State Service Exam (SSE) will be able to access their performance with the help of the answer key. The provisional answer key will contain correct answers for both papers, which are the General Studies and the General Aptitude Test (CSAT).

Along with the answer key, candidates have been provided an opportunity to raise objections to the answer key from 27th April to 1st May 2026.

How to Download MPPSC Prelims Answer Key 2026?

Once the answer key is released, candidates can easily access it online on the official website of MPPSC. To download the answer key without any confusion, candidates must follow the steps given below:

1. First, visit the official website of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) https://mppsc.nic.in/
2. Look at the right side of the homepage, where the “What’s New” section is located.
3. You will notice a link titled “Provisional Answer Key – State Service Exam (SSE) 2026, Dated 26/04/2026.”
4. The answer key PDF opens on the screen.
5. Download the answer key and save it for the future.

Raise Objection Process

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has also provided candidates with the opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key on its official website. Candidates have to submit their challenges to the answer key from 27th April to 1st May 2026. Along with the answer key, candidates have to submit certified references (name of the reference texts, name of the author of the book, relevant page/document of the reference book) at the prescribed examination fee on the online link.

Steps to Raise Objections Against the MPPSC SSE Prelims Answer Key 2026

Candidates must ensure that the objections are submitted carefully, as only valid and well-supported claims will be accepted by MPPSC. To complete the objection process, candidates need to follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the official website of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) at https://mppsc.nic.in/
2. On the homepage, navigate to the “What’s New” section and select the “View All” option.
3. Now select the link titled “SSE Answer Key/Objection Link 2026.”
4. Then, log in using your Application Number and Password.
5. Select the question number whose answer you want to challenge.
6. Upload valid proof to support your claim, such as an expert from a book or any other reference.
7. Pay the application fee through any online payment option.
8. Then submit the objection and download and take a printout of the acknowledgement page.

MPPSC CSE Prelims Marking Structure 2026

Candidates must understand the marking scheme of the objective-type Prelims exam to accurately calculate their marks. Among the two papers of the MPPSC Prelims exam, Paper 2 or CSAT is qualifying in nature. Each of these papers carries 200 marks. The marking scheme for both papers is discussed below:

• Correct: +2 marks
• Incorrect: No negative marking
• Unanswered question: No change in marks.

How to Calculate Marks by Using the MPPSC Prelims Answer Key 2026?

To help candidates calculate their Prelims marks without any confusion, we have provided the steps below:

3. Count the total number of correct answers and multiply them by 2 marks.
4. Do not deduct any marks as there is no negative marking.

MPPSC Selection Process 2026

MPPSC State Services (Rajya Sewa Pariksha) & Forest Services posts selection process consists of three stages, as follows:

Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination
This is a screening stage; no marks will be included in the final merit list.

Stage 2 – Mains Examination
MPPSC Mains is a descriptive examination that comprises multiple papers on General Studies, Hindi, and optional subjects. This is the round in which the final merit will be decided. Candidates who clear the Prelims are qualified to write the Mains Exam.

Stage 3 – Interview / Personality Test
Those candidates who have cleared the Mains Exam will be called to appear for an interview by the MPPSC panel.
