Through the MPPSC Food Safety Officer Recruitment 2025, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) provides a good opportunity for candidates who are within the age limit of 21 to 40 years and have a complete Graduation, post-graduation, or Doctoral degree in Food Technology or a relevant stream to secure FSO posts in the state.

The MPPSC Food Safety Officer Exam 2025 will be conducted offline in a single session. Part A (General Studies) & Part B (Food Science & Technology) is scheduled for 14th December 2025 (Sunday) and will take place from 12 pm to 3 pm at the divisional headquarters of Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. The selection process for Food Safety Officer Recruitment 2025 includes the total marks obtained by candidates in the written exam and performance in the Interview exam.

• Written Exam – The MPPSC will conduct the OMR-based examination to shortlist candidates for the Interview. The written exam will consist of objective-type questions for a total of  400 marks.
• Interview – In the interview process, candidates’ overall suitability for the Food Safety Officer posts will be evaluated. The final selection will be done on the basis of total marks obtained by candidates in written examination and interview

MP Food Safety Officer Salary 2025

The selected and appointed candidates for Food Safety Officer (FSO) posts will receive the salary on the pay scale of Rs. 36200/- to Rs. 114800/- and other admissible allowances as applicable. Along with salary, candidates will be provided a dearness allowance and other allowances as per the orders issued by the state government.
