The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the answer key for the Written Examination conducted to recruit candidates for 1679 various posts. Candidates who have appeared for the written exam can now check all the correct answers for the questions that were asked in the exam. Candidates are also allowed to raise an objection in case they find any incorrect answer in the provisional answer key. Candidates have to provide their application number and date of birth to access the answer key.

The written exam was conducted for Van Rakshak (Forest Guard), Kshetra Rakshak (Field Guard), Jail Prahari, and Sahayak Jail Adhikshak (Assistant Jail Superintendent) posts from 4th to 19th June 2026, for which the answer key can now be downloaded from the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board official website www.esb.mp.gov.in. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their tentative score by cross-checking their marked answers with the correct ones provided in the answer key.

Firstly, visit the official Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) website, i.e., www.esb.mp.gov.in
On the homepage, look for the latest updates section.
Click on the “MP Forest Guard and Jail Prahari Provisional Answer Key 2026” PDF Download Link.
Enter your respective application number and password that were allocated at the time of application.
Once all the details are filled in, click on the submit button.

Raise Objection

The candidates are also allowed to raise an objection against the provisional answer key if they find any incorrect answers. The objection can be raised from 22nd to 25th June 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the written exam must use the correct marking scheme to calculate their tentative score. The written exam follows a simple marking scheme, i.e., for each correct answer, 1 mark is awarded, and there is no negative marking for any incorrect answer.
