Mizoram Public Service Commission (Mizoram PSC) is a constitutional body known for conducting various government job examinations across the state. For the 2026 recruitment cycle, the Commission has released vacancies for Group A (Gazetted), such as Circle Officer, Surveyor, Stenographer, etc. posts, and Group B (Non-Gazetted), such as Bench Clerk, Headmaster, etc posts. Mizoram LDE Application Fee 2026

In the LDE notifications, Mizoram PSC has not specified any application fee amount for any category of candidates. However, it has been mentioned that persons with disabilities (PwBD) are not required to pay the application fee. The notification also mentions that the fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances. Those candidates who are making payment through UPI must use only the mobile number that was used during the one-time registration process.

Steps to Apply Online for Mizoram PSC Recruitment 2026

Candidates must submit the LDE application forms through online mode only. Before starting with the application form, candidates must have completed the One-Time Registration. For the convenience of candidates, we have provided the application steps below:

1. Open any internet browser and visit the official website of Mizoram PSC, www.mpsc.mizoram.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, locate “Online Application” at the top and click on this.
3. You will be redirected to a new account opening page. Click on the “Create New account: and register using your mobile number and basic details.
4. After successful registration, log in with your mobile number and password.
5. Then submit the OTR form with personal details, service information, and upload the required documents.
6. Now, wait for the OTR verification. If the portal states that OTS is verified by MPSC, then move forward.
7. After verification, open the recruitment notification and choose the relevant posts.
8. Then, enter the required details such as department, present post, years of service, and post preference.
9. Make the payment using online mode. Make sure to use the same mobile number with which you had registered.
10. Review all the information on the application form and then click on submit.
11. Download and take a printout of the application form.

Mizoram LDE Selection Process 2026

As this is a Departmental promotion exam, the selection process depends on service eligibility, cadre verification, and post-specific skill requirements. Candidates must check out the selection process for LDE recruitment below:

1. Mizoram PSC will verify the candidate’s eligibility based on the required number of years of service, which are prescribed as per the post/cadre.
2. Eligible candidates will appear for the departmental written examination, which will be conducted as per the post-wise syllabus and exam pattern.
3. For the post of Stenographer, candidates need to qualify for a shorthand speed test.
4. After the exam, candidates have to undergo document verification of service certificates, educational qualifications, and other related documents.
5. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in LDE and fulfillment of all service eligibility conditions.

Mizoram PSC Salary 2026

Candidates selected through this recruitment will be paid a salary as per the state pay matrix. As the recruitment has both gazette and non-gazette posts, the salary structure ranges from Pay Level 6 to 10. Along with salary, allowances such as DA, HRA, TA, medical benefits, and other departmental allowances will be provided as per the Mizoram government rules.
