LIC HFL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done through a two-stage selection process Online Written Examination and an interview. The candidates have to qualify in each stage. Only the candidates qualifying in the written exam will be called for the interview round. The final selection of candidates will be based on the combined marks of the Online Examination and the Interview.

Stage 1: Online Examination – The Life Insurance Company of Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) will conduct the online exam to shortlist eligible candidates for the Interview exam.

Stage 2: Interview –  Candidates shortlisted for interviews will be considered provisionally until their documents are verified. Their eligibility will be subject to verification of all details and documents with the original copies when they report for the interview. The starting basic pay of a Junior Assistant is Rs. 20000/- per month along with other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments per month will be approximately range between Rs. 32000 to Rs. 35200 (depending upon the place of posting) plus Provident Fund, Mediclaim, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, Performance Linked Incentive and other benefits as per rules.
