What After the Release of the JCECEB Jharkhand Polytechnic Result 2025?

After the release of the Jharkhand Polytechnic Result 2025, candidates are eligible to apply for their preferred choices of colleges and courses. The college invites the candidates for the counselling process for seat allotment to various engineering and non-engineering courses in Jharkhand. The Seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s rank, choice preferences, and seat availability. After the counselling process & Seat allotment, candidates need to verify their documents at the respective institutes and pay the admission confirmation fee.

Online Counselling and Seat Allotment for 2025-26

Admission to the Engineering Diploma courses in the following institutions for the academic session 2025-26 will be conducted through an online counselling process.

• Govt. Polytechnic Institutes (including Women’s Polytechnics)

• Private Polytechnic Institutes
• Tool & Die Making courses at:

Instructions for Counselling Rounds and Seat Allocation

These are the instructions that must be followed by the candidates while applying for the counselling

Partial Admission Fee

• To download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, candidates must pay Rs. 1000 as a partial admission fee.
• If the candidate takes admission, this fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee.
• If the candidate does not take admission, the fee will not be returned

Second Round of Counselling

• Candidates from the first round can join the second round.
• They can get a new seat, re-allotment, or change institute/branch if seats are available.
• If a new seat is allotted in the second round, the candidate must take admission in the new institute.

Note: The previous admission will be automatically cancelled.

Third Round of Counselling

• Candidates from the first and second rounds can participate in the third round.
• They can apply for a new seat or a change of institute/branch.
• If allotted a new seat, they must take admission in the newly allotted institute.
• Candidates who already paid the fee and took admission in the first or second round do not need to pay Rs. 1000 again.

Reserved Seats in Final Round

• If reserved category seats are still vacant in the third (final) round, they will be adjusted as per government rules and resolutions
