The recruitment process involves a merit-based selection primarily on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation. However, the bank reserves the right to conduct additional rounds such as an assessment test, online test, group discussion, or interview if deemed necessary.

Merit lists are prepared branch-wise based on the exact graduation percentage. In case of a tie in graduation percentage, the candidate with the earlier date of birth is preferred.

Assistant Manager Scale-I:

  • Manage MIS reports and operational reviews across various banking outlets.
  • Conduct field visits to promote IPPB banking through camps and financial literacy programs.
  • Resolve customer and operational queries; escalate technical issues.
  • Support onboarding and training of end users and postal staff.
  • Monitor compliance, conduct pre-audits, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Drive sales targets via business correspondents and direct sales.

  • Perform any bank-assigned duties as needed.

Junior Associate:

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and customers.
