The RSSB Lab Assistant & Junior Lab Assistant written exam (Advt. No. – 05/2026) was sucessfully conducted by RSSB 804 lab assistant and junior laboratory assistant posts. Out of the total 934,735 registered candidates, 7 lakh candidates appeared in the exam. Before the announcement of the results, candidates can cross-check their responses and estimate their probable marks in the exam with the help of the answer key.

Steps to Download Lab Assistant 2026 Answer Key?

1. Web browser and go to the official website of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) at www.rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Go to the “Answer Key” section on the homepage of RSSB.
3. Candidates are redirected to a new page.
4. Tab on the link that reads “Get Answer Key” in front of “ Lab Assistant 2026″.
5. The answer key appears on the system screen.
6. Cross-check your response to the question asked in the exam with the help of the official answer key.
7. Download the RSSB Lab Assistant Answer Key 2026 and save it for future reference.

Raise Objection Process

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) also provides an opportunity to raise objections in the answer key from 16th to 18th June 2026 (11:59 pm). If candidates find any discrepancies in the answer key, they can object within the specified time frame. Along with the application, candidates have to submit appropriate proof. Once all the objections are verified, a final answer key is released.

Steps to Raise Objections

1. Visit the official RSSB website: www.rssb.rajasthan.gov.in
2. Go to “Candidate Corner” → “Online Question Objections” → “Lab Assistant Recruitment Examination 2026.”
3. Download and review the provisional answer key carefully.
4. Identify questions where you believe the given answer is incorrect.
5. Click on the “Raise Objection” link.
6. Select the question number and enter your proposed correct answer along with a valid reason.
7. Upload supporting proof from standard books, government publications, or authenticated reference materials. (Objections without valid
8. proof are rejected.)
9. Pay the objection fee (Rs. 100 per question) via SSO ID using the e-Mitra payment gateway or by visiting an e-Mitra kiosk.
10. Submit the objection and download/save your objection receipt.

Lab Assistant Answer Key 2026- Raise Objection Fee

Candidates who find any error in the answer key can submit their objection within the stipulated time limit. For each objection, candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- per question, which is non-refundable. The fee will be paid through the following payment gateway.

How to Calculate Marks Using Lab Assistant Answer Key?

• Assign a mark for each correct answer.
  For Science Subject – 2 mark 
  For Geography Subject – 1 mark
• As there is negative marking, deduct 1/3rd of a mark for each incorrect answer.
• Add the marks for all correct answers and subtract marks for each incorrect answer to get your estimated score.

Total Marks = Number of Correct Answers × 1 / 2 – Number of Incorrect Answers × 1/3 of the Mark
