IOCL Exam Date 2026 Out

The exam date for Engineer and Officer posts under IOCL/CO-HR/Rectt/2026/01 has already been notified along with the official notification PDF. The IOCL CBT Exam will be held on a single day on 24 September 2026 (Thursday) and the shift timing will be mentioned on hall tickets which will be released on 15 September 2026. • Graduate Engineer in Grade ‘A’ – Candidates must have passed B.Tech./BE/equivalent degree
• Officer (Marketing) in Grade ‘A’ (MBA (Marketing)) -Candidates must have completed Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) / Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with a specialisation in Marketing Management
• Officer (Law) in Grade ‘A’ (Law) – Candidates must have completed a graduate degree in any discipline AND a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) (OR) a 5-year integrated LLB degree.
• Assistant Quality Control Officer (AQCQ) in Grade ‘A0’ – Candidates must have completed a master’s degree
• Diploma Engineer in Grade ‘E0’ (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety) – Candidates must have completed a diploma (3 years) in engineering.

Executive cadre (Grade A /E0)

Officers & Engineers (Grade A)

• Refinery/Pipeline operations – Monitoring of major chemical processing units, continuous distillation of crude oil, gas processing, and pipeline transportation works
• Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) – Maintenance of heavy rotating equipment, high-voltage transformers, and automated DCS/PLC
• Civil & IT – Expansion projects, civil designs, and company IT network works.
• Marketing Officer (Grade A) – Management of supply chain vendors, bulk sales to institutions like aviation, defense, railways, lubricants sales (SERVO), and retail outlets
