Indian Army SSC Tech Men Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process under Indian Army SSC Technical Men Recruitment 2026 is based on the following stages:

• Shortlisting of Applications: Applications are shortlisted by the Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) based on the cut-off percentage in the respective engineering stream.
• Allotment of Selection Centre: Shortlisted candidates are informed of their SSB centre via email.
• SSB Interview: The interview will be conducted by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer at Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Jalandhar Cantt (Punjab). The duration of SSB is 5 days.
• Medical Examination: Candidates will undergo medical fitness test.
• Joining Pre-Commission Training Academy (PCTA): Candidates recommended by SSB and medically fit are issued joining letters in order of merit, based on vacancies.
