The Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has officially released a detailed notification to recruit eligible candidates for the Management Trainee (MT) posts. As the application process is over, the officials will now conduct the first stage of the selection process, i.e., an Online Examination. IFFCO Recruitment 2026- Summary

The candidates who will be applying for the post of Management Trainee must have a Five-year integrated MBA or a Two-year full-time MBA or PGDM in Human Resource/Personnel Management. The selection of candidates will be based on an online examination, an interview, and a medical examination.

IFFCO Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates applying for the recruitment must go through the IFFCO Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria before submitting their applications. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the online test.

Educational Qualification

Essential: Five-year integrated MBA OR Two years full-time MBA or PGDM in Human Resource / Personnel Management from a premier university/institute recognized by UGC/AICTE.

Computer Proficiency: The candidate must have proficiency in computers.

Minimum Marks:

• General/OBC Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate in the qualifying degree.
• SC/ST Candidates: Minimum 55% aggregate in the qualifying degree.
• CGPA scores must be converted to a percentage while filling out the application.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 25 Years.
• Age Relaxation:
  (i) SC/ST: 5 years (i.e., up to 30 years).
  (ii) OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years (i.e., up to 28 years).

IFFCO MT Stipend 2026

During the one-year training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of approximately Rs. 55,000, including perks and allowances such as Basic stipend, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Canteen allowance, Washing allowance, and Provident Fund (PF) benefits.
