Intelligence Bureau (IB) has invited online applications from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/ Tech posts. Through the exam, a total of 258 vacancies will be recruited for ACIO posts. As per the schedule, the last date to apply online for IB ACIO Tech Recruitment 2025 is 16th November 2025. IB ACIO Tech Recruitment 2025- Overview

The selection process for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/ Tech posts under IB ACIO Grade II Tech Recruitment 2025comprises Shortlisting based on the GATE Score, followed by an Interview, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 44900/-.

Under the IB ACIO Grade II Tech Recruitment 2025, a total of 258 Vacancies for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/ Tech posts based on GATE Score under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. • On the homepage, tab on the link that reads “Online Applications for the posts of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) in Intelligence Bureau (IB)”.

IB ACIO Tech Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/ Tech posts based on GATE Score 2023 or 2024, or 2025 in the ECE or CS & IT branch/ discipline.

• Shortlisting Based on GATE Score – A total of 10 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted based on the GATE scorecard (qualifying cut-off marks) for 2023, 2024, or 2025, and will be called for the Skill Test and Interview.
• Skill Test – The Skill Test will be conducted practically and technically, depending on the specific job profile.
• Interview – Candidates qualifying in the Skill Test will be called for the Interview. At this stage, candidates evaluate each other’s traits based on two parameters: subject knowledge in relevant fields and communication skills.
• Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must produce all original documents supporting their educational qualification, age, caste/category, and GATE scorecard.
• Medical Examination – Candidates will undergo a Medical Examination to ensure they meet the prescribed health and fitness standards required for service in the Intelligence Bureau.

IB ACIO Tech Salary 2025

The selected candidates will be paid an attractive monthly salary of Rs. 44,900-1,42,400. Along with the monthly salary, the following allowance and perks will be provided to the appointed candidates for IB ACIO-II/Technical posts.
