How to Apply Online for IB ACIO Exam 2025?

The candidates have to submit their IB ACIO Application form through online mode only, as forms from any other mode will not be accepted. The IB ACIO Apply Online will commence in two steps- Registration and Application Form filling. Follow the steps below to apply online for IB Recruitment 2025 Vacancies.

IB ACIO Registration

Step 1- Visit the official website of MHA at www.mha.gov.in or NCS Portal, www.ncs.gov.in.

Step 2- On the homepage, click on “Online Applications for the posts of ACIO Grade II/ Executive in Intelligence Bureau (IB)”.

Step 3- The IB ACIO Recruitment 2025 Notification PDF is displayed on the screen. Read the complete details and click on “Online Registration”.

Step 4- The Registration process is conducted using Personal and contact details. The login ID and password will be sent to you through email on the registered email ID.

Step 5-  After registration, the candidate must log in and complete other details in the application form, like Personal Details, Qualification Details, and Declaration.

Step 6- Upload photo & signature in the prescribed format.

Step 7- Candidates must choose any five examination Centres/Cities from the options provided.

Step 8- Once the application is submitted, candidates will be automatically redirected to the SBI gateway to deposit the examination fee of Rs. 100/- (if applicable) and Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 550/- (plus Bank charges, if applicable), to be paid by all candidates, through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI /challan etc. The candidate may generate a payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.

Step 9- Download and keep a hard copy for further needs.
