Haryana Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2026
To be eligible to apply for the Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as specified by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. If any candidate does not fulfil the required eligibility criteria, their applications will not be accepted and will be rejected.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised educational board/institution.
- Hindi/Sanksrit up to Matric standard or higher education.
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)
To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 28 years. The age relaxation for the reserved category candidates will also be provided.

Physical Measurement
Candidates must meet the following physical measurement standards as part of the eligibility criteria. The physical standards vary based on gender and category, and meeting these measurements is mandatory for selection. Physical Measurement Test shall be of a qualifying nature only.

Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
- The written exam will be conducted in offline mode i.e., OMR-based).
- Each question carries equal marks and no negative marking.
- In case candidates don’t know the answer have to mandatorily choose 5th option, failing to do so leads to a deduction of 0.97 marks for each question.
