GSET Result 2024 has been released on 12th January 2025 at the official website https://www.gujaratset.ac.in/ along with cut off marks in pdf format for the candidates who appeared in the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET)-2024. GSET exam was conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in the various colleges and universities of Gujarat. Along with result, is also notified that the E-Certificate for all the qualified candidates will be available for download on the website, www.gujaratset.ac.in after 28th February 2025.

GSET Result 2024 Qualifying Marks
GSET Result 2024 Minimum Qualifying Marks are required to determine eligibility for the Assistant Professor post in Gujarat. Candidates who appeared for the GSET 2024 exam must meet the minimum qualifying marks to be considered for eligibility. General category applicants must score at least 40% marks in both Paper I and Paper II to qualify. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/SEBC/PwD/Third Gender will need to score 35% in the GSET Exam.

Candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks in GSET Exam will go for the Certificate Verification process which will be conducted by the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara in their office located in Gujarat. You need to carry a photocopy of the following documents for GSET Document Verification.
- Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) Certificate.
- Master’s Degree Certificate and Marksheet for all years/semesters.
- Medical certificate of physical/visual disability issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
- Latest Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for SEBC) issued by Gujarat State Government (if applicable).
