This is a great chance for candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in a relevant field to apply for the FSSAI 11th Food Analyst Exam 2025-26. The selection process consists of Written Exam, followed by a Practical Exam, and then Training. After completing the training, candidates will get their certification on 5th June 2026.

FSSAI 11th Food Analyst Exam 2025-26 Schedule

The FSSAI 11th FAE Exam will be conducted on 8th March 2026, and the hall ticket will be available from 24th February 2026. After the exam, the answer key and results will be released. Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI 11th Food Analyst Exam 2026

The educational and age requirements for applying to FSSAI 11th FAE 2025-26 are explained below. Candidates must fulfill these requirements to be eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:

Must have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in any of these fields: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, Veterinary Sciences Or be an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) in the Food Analysts section.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food analysis in an institution or research laboratory after completing the essential qualification.
• Junior Analysts with 3 years of experience can appear for the Practical Exam only after the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
• On passing the Practical Exam, Junior Analysts become eligible to be declared Food Analysts.

Age Limit

There is no age limit to appear in the FSSAI 11th Food Analyst Exam 2025-26.

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the FSSAI portal: https://fssai.formsubmit.in and click “Register”.
• Fill in all the details: Name, Username (for login), Valid email ID, Mobile number, Password (for login) and Click “Sign Up” and enter the OTP sent to your email and mobile number.
• After successful registration, you will get your User ID and Password via email.
• Once your email and mobile are verified, you will be redirected to the login page.

Step 2: Login

• Click “Login” on the FSSAI portal homepage.
• Enter your User ID and Password.
• Click “Login”.

FSSAI 11th FAE Exam Pattern 2025-26

The exam pattern for Food Analyst is as follows:

• All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• +4 marks for each correct answer
• -1 mark for each incorrect answer
• Candidates must score at least 50% to qualify the CBT.
