FSSAI Food Analyst 2025-26 Exam Schedule

FSSAI Food Analyst Selection Process 2026
Stage 1 – Computer-Based Examination – The FSSAI Food Analyst CBT examination evaluates candidates on subjects related to food analysis, food safety standards, chemistry, microbiology, and relevant provisions of food laws. The exam consists of objective-type questions, and candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by FSSAI to be considered successful.
Stage 2 – Practical Examination – Candidates who qualify for CBT will be allowed to appear in the Practical Examination.
Stage 3 – Mandatory Food Analyst Training – Qualified candidates in Practical Examination have to undergo the 2 week mandatory Training conducted by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
