The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the tentative schedule for the final examinations of the academic session 2025-26 for class 12th students. All the students belonging to science, commerce or arts stream and studying in class 12th from any CBSE Board affiliated school must now start preparing for the final exam as per the released schedule. The official notification released by the CBSE Board at its official website announces that the class 12th exam will be starting on February 17, 2026. CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2026

The CBSE Board on September 24, 2025 released a notification at its official website releasing the tentative schedule for the conduction of the CBSE Class 12 Exams. The official notification shares the exam dates in number of variety as major and minor courses based on their categories.

The tentative schedule released by the CBSE announces the conduct of the exam between February 17 and April 09, 2026. It is anticipated that for the final exams of the academic session 2025-26, there will be more than 20 lakh students appearing in the exam centers.

CBSE 12th Exam Date 2025-26

The CBSE Board has released a tentative date sheet that shares the exam dates for all the three streams, i.e., science, commerce and arts. All the students who are to appear in the exam must check the table below for the tentative schedule of their CBSE Class 12th Exams:

CBSE Class 12th Science Date Sheet 2026
