- Open the Advertisement Link Click on the link titled “Advertisement for Stenographer/Instructor-Stenographer Grade III Examination”.
- Click on “Apply Online” and Register by entering your basic details like name, parents name mobile number, and email ID.
- The registration number and password is generated and sent to your email/SMS.
- Then again login and fill the Application Form with personal, educational, and other required details.
- Upload Documents Upload scanned copies of your photo and signature in the required format.
- Preview Your Form Use the “Preview” and pay the Application Fee.
- Submit the Form After successful payment.

Stenography Test (Hindi & English):
- Candidates must transcribe 320 words at 80 words per minute within 4 minutes (with 1 extra minute for initial dictation setup).
- After dictation, 2 minutes will be given for correction.
- Candidates will get 20 minutes to type the dictated passage.
Typing Test (Hindi & English) will be Computer-Based:
- Hindi Typing: Using the Mangal font in the Remington Gail Keyboard Layout.
- Type 300 words in 10 minutes at 30 words per minute.
- English Typing: Using UTF-8 encoding with English (US) Keyboard Layout.
- Type 300 words in 10 minutes at 30 words per minute.
To qualify:
- Stenography test: No more than 10% errors allowed.
- Typing test: No more than 1.5% errors allowed.

Candidates who clear the examination will get a salary under Pay Level 4 of the 7th Pay Commission, with a pay scale of Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100.
