The selection process for the post of Assistant Manager in BPSCL is based on the computer-based test and interview. After this, a medical test will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates.

1. For the final selection, a merit list will be drawn by combining the score of the CBT and interview with the weightage of 80:20.
2. The minimum qualifying marks for the UR and EWS candidates are 50 Percentile and 40 Percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
3. Apart from the written test and interview there are a medical test.

The selection process for the post of Assistant Manager under BPSCL will be conducted through a written examination, interview, and medical test.

1. The written exam will be conducted in two parts; Part A is all about GS and Reasoning and Part B consists of a questions from professional knowledge.
2. There are a total of 75 questions in the written exam.

BPSCL Assistant Manager Salary 2026

After the final selection, candidates will be appointed as assistant managers in the BPSCL. Selected candidates will get the salary between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 1,60,000. On successful completion of one year probation candidates shall be placed in grade pay E-1. The scale pay candidates will get after the probation period Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000. Apart from the basic pay candidate will also get the allowances like, Dearness allowance, HRA and many more allowances.
