Andhra Pradesh High Court (APHC) has announced a total of 300 vacancies across 13 posts, such as Section Officer, Computer Operator, Assistant, Typist, Data Entry Operator, Office Subordinate, and more. As the application process is over, the officials will now conduct the first stage of the selection process, i.e., a Computer-Based Test. The AP High Court Exam 2026 has been announced to be held on 23rd, 24th, and 25th May 2026. Check the post-wise exam schedule from here.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court (APHC) is going to conduct the first stage of the selection process, i.e., a computer-based test for all the eligible candidates who have applied successfully for 300 vacancies. The online application were invited from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of various posts under AP High Court Recruitment 2026. The selection process comprises the Computer-Based Test and Skill Test (as per the post requirement).

AP High Court Vacancy 2026

The total vacancies announced are 300, and the vacancies are distributed across 13 various posts, which are tabulated below. The Assistant post has the highest number of vacancies with 78 posts, followed by Data Entry Operator (50), Typist (44), and Copyist (34).

Note- There is no vacancy released for general category candidates. 

AP High Court Selection Process 2026

For Section Officer, Assistant, Librarian Gr.-II, Assistant, Examiner, and Office Subordinate: Selection is based on a computer-based test.

For Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, UD Stenographer, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, and Data Entry Operator:

Step 1: Computer-Based Examination (for screening/shortlisting only)

Step 2: Skill Test — final merit list is based on skill test performance only.

Note- Marks from the written exam are NOT added to skill test marks for the final merit.

APHC Eligibility 2026

Only the candidates who hold the required education qualification degree (varies as per post), and fall in the age group of 18 to 42 years are eligible to apply for the recruitment vacancies.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 42 years

Age Relaxation:

1. SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years relaxation
2. Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years relaxation
3. Ex-Servicemen: As per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules

AP High Court Recruitment 2026 Application Fee

Candidates applying for the AP High Court Recruitment 2026 must pay an application fee before submitting their online application forms. Any application form without an application fee will not be accepted and will be rejected.

Steps to Apply Online for AP High Court Recruitment 2026

1. Visit the official website of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh (APHC) at https://aphc.gov.in/recruitments
2. Go to the section on Recruitment Notification and click on the link that reads “Online application for filling up of various posts in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh”.
3. If you are a new user, click on the New Registration tab and enter your personal details and other required details, including a valid mobile number, email ID, and address, etc.
4. The candidate will receive the One-Time Profile Registration ID (OTPR ID) and Password on the registered Mobile Number and Email.
5. The candidate has to use OTPR ID and Password to log in and apply for the Posts.
6. Complete the application: Accurately enter all required data, such as personal information, educational background, and, if relevant, work experience.
7. Upload a recent Photograph and Image of your Signature.
8. Click on Online Payment and pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
9. Download the application form and take a printout for future reference.
