What is the AAI Selection Process 2026?
The selection process for Managers and Junior Executives posts is based on the following stages.
- Computer-Based Test (Objective Type)
- Application Verification/ Subsequent Tests (For Manager posts)
- Interview (For Manager posts)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (Manager (Fire Services)) followed by Document Verification
- For the posts of Manager (Airport Operations) and Junior Executive (Airport Operations), a Light Motor Vehicle License is important. Temporary/ Learning License will not be accepted
- Candidates shortlisted for the post of Manager (Fire Services) shall be required to produce a valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License
AAI Junior Executive Salary 2026
Candidates appointed for Junior Executives are entitled to several allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks at 35% of the Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible allowances. The approximate CTC for the post of Junior Executive would be Rs.14 lakhs per annum and for the post of Manager would be Rs. 21 lakhs per annum.
