The selection process for Specialist Finance Strategy, Specialist Information Technology Strategy, Specialist Human Resource Strategy, and other posts comprises the following stages.

Shortlisting of Application – All applications received from eligible candidates will be scrutinized based on the prescribed qualifications, experience, and other eligibility conditions mentioned in the notification. NABARD Specialist Salary 2026

Candidates selected for Specialists posts will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration. In addition to the fixed remuneration, whenever an official tour is required, the Specialists will be entitled to Travelling Allowance (TA) and Halting Allowance (HA). The SO shall not be entitled to any superannuation or retirement benefits, such as Provident Fund (PF), Pension, Gratuity, or any other similar benefits.
