Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has released two notifications for the recruitment of Junior Engineers in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Punjab JE Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

• Civil: Candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

PSSSB Junior Engineer Selection Process 2026

The selection process for a Junior Engineer is as follows:

• Written Exam: The written exam will be conducted for 2 hours, comprising 120 questions.
• Document Verification: All the original documents will be verified after this stage.

PSSSB JE Exam Pattern 2026

• There are total of 120 questions asked in the PSSSB JE Exam 2025.
• Each question carries 1 mark.
• The exam will be a of total 120 marks.
• 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in the test.
• The PSSSB JE Exam Duration is 2 hours.

The post of Junior Engineer gets a salary of Rs. 35400. Along with the salary, they will get extra perks and allowances, HRA, DA, TA, and others.
