Steps to Download Assam APSC UTO Admit Card 2025
- Visit the official website of Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) at www.apsc.nic.in.
- Click on the “Admit Card” section on the homepage.
- Tab on the link that reads “Download Admit Cards for Screening Test (OMR-based), Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade – III) – Civil Engineer/Public Health Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Environmental Engineer, Department of Housing & Urban Affairs (Advt. - Candidates are redirected to a new login page.
- Enter your Application Number/ Roll Number and Date of Birth, and captcha code.
- Click “Submit” to view your admit card.

- Download and print the admit card for future reference.
Document to Carry Along With Assam PSC UTO Admit Card 2025
Candidates appearing for the APSC UTO Exam 2025 must ensure they carry all the necessary documents to the examination centre, as without these documents, their entry will be restricted to the examination hall. These documents serve as proof of identity and eligibility, ensuring a smooth verification process on the exam day.

- A valid photo identity proof issued by the government (for example: Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport).

Prohibited Items Not to Carry to the Exam Hall
Candidates must avoid carrying any restricted items inside the APSC UTO Exam Hall. Bringing any of the prohibited objects can lead to disqualification or cancellation of candidature. The following items are not allowed inside the exam premises:

APSC Urban Technical Officer (UTO) Exam Pattern 2025
The APSC UTO Exam 2025 will be conducted in an objective (MCQ) format to evaluate candidates’ technical and general knowledge. The exam aims to assess core technical understanding based on the candidate’s respective engineering discipline.
