Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has announced a total of 7,500 vacancies for Constable Cadre (Executive) posts under the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Madhya Pradesh Government. MP Police Exam Date 2025 Out

Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has released the official notice regarding the exam date. The MP Police Constable Exam Date 2025 has been announced from 30th October to 12th December 2025. The exam will be held in online mode in two shifts per day from 09:30 am to 11:30 am and from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm. The admit card has also been released on 26th October 2025.

MP Police Vacancy 2025- Overview

MPESB has invited online applications from 12th/ 10th pass candidates under the age limit of 18 to 33 Years (as on 29/09/2025) to fill 7500 vacant posts under MP Police Recruitment 2025. Selected candidates for Police Constable posts will be offered a salary in the pay scale Rs. 19,500-62,000 (Level 4).

MP Police Constable Vacancy 2025

MP Police Vacancy 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for the MP Police Vacancy 2025, candidates must fulfill the required eligibility criteria as specified by the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board in terms of nationality, educational qualification, and age limit. Below, we have mentioned the eligibility criteria that are required to be fulfilled.

Educational Qualification

• General, OBC, & SC: Must have passed Class 10th (High School) or an equivalent qualification under the 10+2 system.
• ST: Must have passed class 10th or equivalent.

Age Limit (as on 29th September 2025)

• To be eligible to apply, the minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 33 years for General (Male).
• The maximum age is 38 years for Reserved Categories, Women, Ex-Servicemen, and Government Employees.
• Additional relaxations are available for medal winners and inter-caste married candidates from Madhya Pradesh.

MP Police Constable Exam Pattern 2025

• The MP Police Constable exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
• Each question will carry one mark.
• Duration of Exam- 120 minutes.
• There shall be no negative marking.

MP Police Physical Test 2025

Qualified candidates in the written exam will be called to appear for the MP Police Physical Test 2025 (Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Measurement Test).

Physical Efficiency Test

The MP Police Physical Efficiency Test will be held for a total of 100 marks. In PET, one chance will be given for the 800-meter race, and three chances will be given for the long jump and shot put.

Physical Measurement Test

MP Police Physical Standard Test includes measurements for height and chest. The PMT is a qualifying test in nature.

MP Police Constable Salary 2025

The post of Constable (GD) under the Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment 2025 comes with a pay scale of ₹19,500 to ₹62,000. However, as per government rules, during the probationary period, candidates will receive a percentage of the minimum pay scale instead of the full salary. In the first year, selected candidates will be entitled to 70% of the minimum pay, in the second year, they will get 80%, and in the third year, they will receive 90% of the minimum pay. After successfully completing the probation period, constables will be eligible for the full pay scale along with all allowances and benefits as approved by the state government from time to time.
