The exam pattern for an Assistant Professor is as follows:

Compulsory Tamil Paper: 50 marks, qualifying only.

Written Exam & MCQ: Total 200 marks for Post Graduate Standard questions.

Paper-I (3 hours, Forenoon)

• Part A: 30 MCQs on Compulsory Tamil (50 marks).
• Part B: Subject-related MCQs (100 marks, 1.5 marks each).
