It is informed to the applicants of the D.El.Ed. (Joint Entrance) Examination 2025, that the Bihar D.El.Ed. Exam 2025 will be conducted from 26th August 2025 at designated examination centers across the state through CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode. Candidates who want to join a 2-year course must pass the Diploma in Elementary Education entrance exam. The details of the exam centers have been provided in the admit card, which has been available on the website.

Bihar DELED 2025 Exam Date

The Bihar Diploma in Elementary Education (DELEd) entrance exam evaluates the candidate’s eligibility for the teacher training for primary and upper primary schools. To get admission to the DELED course for the 2025-27 session, candidates must appear in the Bihar DELEd Entrance Test 2025 and score the minimum qualifying marks. After completing the DELED course, candidates must pass the CTET/TET Exam to be eligible for a government teacher job in various schools across the state.

Bihar DELED Entrance Exam Pattern 2025

This entrance examination will be a Computer Based Test conducted in both Hindi and English, and the exam scheme is as follows-

1. There are 120 multiple choice questions of 120 marks
2. No negative marking for incorrect attempts
3. Candidates must complete the exam in 2 hours 30 minutes

The Board has set the minimum qualifying marks for the Bihar DELED entrance exam that candidates from the General category must have to secure 35% marks, while candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories need to secure 30% marks to qualify the examination
