- This step is mandatory for all candidates, whether applying based on 10th pass or ITI qualification.

HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The Selection Process for Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2025 will be based on a Merit basis.
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be selected based on their marks in ITI and 10th class. The weightage of Marks for the below fields are
- 30% weightage will be given to ITI marks (for relevant trades).
- 70% weightage will be given to 10th class marks.
- For trades where ITI is not required (like Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines), and Front Office Assistant), 100% weightage will be given to 10th marks only.
- Candidates who are dependents of current HCL/KCC employees will get 10 bonus marks.
