SSC JHT Application Fee 2025

While completing the SSC JHT Application Form 2025, candidates have to submit the required application fee. Candidates from general and other backward classes have to submit Rs. 100/-, and candidates from PWD/ ST/ SC/ Ex-Serviceman/ Female are exempted from fee payment.

Steps to Apply Online for the SSC JHT Exam 2025

The SSC JHT Apply Online 2025 process will consist of two stages: one-time registration and application forms. First, new users need to provide basic information and get the registration number. After completing the registration process, candidates can log in using their registration ID and password to submit the SSC JHT Application Form.

Step 1- Visit the Official SSC Website

• Visit the official website Staff Selection Commission (SSC), i.e., https://ssc.gov.in.
• Now, click on “Apply” appearing on the right side of the homepage.
• After that, click on “Apply” in front of Combined Hindi Translators Examination,2025.

Step 2- Registration:

• For already registered candidates- Enter your registration number and password, and then enter your basic details like name, parents’ names, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
• For New Registration- “Click on the ‘New User? Register Now’ link if you haven’t registered before.”
• Then, on the “Continue” button to proceed further.
• Enter personal details including Aadhar number, Candidate’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Parent’s Name, Matriculation Details, Highest Level of Educational Qualification, Candidate’s Mobile Number, and Email ID, and tab on Save and Next.
• An OTP for verification will be sent to the candidate’s Mobile Number.
• After successful registration, you will receive a registration ID and password.
• Note down or remember these credentials for future logins.

Step 3- Online Application

• In the next step, candidates need to create a new password and then move further.
• Now, log in to Your Account using the Registration Number and Password. Fill captcha code and click on Login.
• Enter additional details such as the candidate’s category, nationality, visible identification marks, presents permanent address, and click on Save and Next.
• A declaration page appears on screen. Candidates have to verify all details before processing further and click on Declare.
• A new page appears on the screen. Candidates have to provide information such as the highest educational qualification, name of degree, passing year, and other details regarding their educational qualifications, and submit other required details.

Step 4- Upload Documents:

• In the next step, candidates are required to upload photographs and signatures.
• The photographs and signature should be in the JPG/JPEG format.

Step 5- Payment of Application Fee:

• Preview the complete SSC JHT application form so that all details are correct.
• Pay the required application fee.
• The fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards.

Step 6- Submit Application Form

• Please review the SSC JHT Application Form carefully and click on the final submit tab.

While submitting the SSC JHT Online Form, the candidate needs the following documents/details:

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP)
• Recent passport-sized color photograph with dimensions and sizes of 20 KB to 50 KB, 100×120 pixels.
• Scanned copy of your signature with dimensions and sizes of 10 KB to 12 KB, 140×60 pixels.
• Aadhaar number. If the Aadhaar number is not available, please give one of the following ID Numbers. (You will be required to show the original document at a later stage):
