UPSC Prelims Admit Card 2025 release date has been announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). UPSC CSE Scribe Change Notice

The process to download the admit card is simple. Candidates just need their Registration ID/Roll Number and date of birth. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

2. Locate the Admit Card section: On the homepage, look for “e-Admit Cards for various examinations.”
3. Select the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025: Click on the link reading Civil Service Preliminary Examination 2025.
4. Choose Your Login Method: You have two options to log in:
   • Registration ID: Enter your Registration ID (which you received during the online application process) and your Date of Birth.

UPSC CSE Prelims Exam Pattern 2025

1. For the blank answers, no marks are deducted.
2. In General Studies (Paper I), each question is of 2 marks, and there is a negative marking of 0.66 marks
3. In CSAT (Paper-II), each question is of 2.5 marks and a negative marking of 0.833 marks for each wrong answer marked.
4. The prelims marks will not be included in the final result (merit list).
5. Paper II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination is qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
6. For every incorrect answer, 1/3rd marks of the total mark is deducted.
