The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the UPPSC Mains Admit Card 2026 on 21st March 2026 on the official website of UPPSC, www.uppsc.up.nic.in. Steps to Download UPPSC Mains Hall Ticket 2026
The admit card carries all essential information regarding the exam. Candidates should follow the following steps to download the admit card from the official website of UPPSC.
- Go to the official website of UPPSC, www.uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Check the Recruitment Dashboard.
- Click on the link titled “Click Here to Download Admit Card for Advt. o. A-1/E-1/2025, Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Mains) Exam-2025”.
- Click on “Download Admit Card”, which is located on the right side of the screen.
- Candidates will be redirected to the login page.
- Enter the OTR Number and DOB and click on Download Admit Card.
- The admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download the admit card and take a printout.
UPPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2026
Candidates who qualified for the preliminary examination for UPPSC PCS should understand the mains exam pattern. The main examination is totally different from the preliminary examination. The main exam comprises eight descriptive papers.
- There are 8 descriptive types of papers in the mains examination.
- The total marks for each GS paper are 200 marks.
- Essay and General Hindi paper consists of 150 marks each.
- The mains exam will be conducted in 2 sessions between 29th March and 1st April 2026.
