UPHESC Assistant Professor Admit Card 2026, Download Hall Ticket

Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Services Commission (UPHESC) has announced that the Assistant Professor Selection Examination is going to be held on 18th and 19th April 2026. Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications are eligible to download their admit card from the official website https://uphesc.org from 15th April 2026. Candidates must keep their Registration Number and Password ready to access and download their admit card.

UPHESC will release the admit card for the first stage of the selection process, which is the written examination. UPHESC Assistant Professor 2026 Shift Timings & Schedule

UPHESC has released the written exam shift timings for the Assistant Professor Selection Examination. The exam will be conducted in two shifts each day, one in the morning from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and the other in the evening from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Along with the shift timings, UPHESC has also released the exam schedule for different subjects.

UPHESC has issued an official exam notice mentioning the district where the Assistant Professor Selection Examination will be conducted. The exam is scheduled to be held across 5 major districts of Uttar Pradesh, including Prayagraj, Lucknow, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, and Agra. The admit card will inform candidates about their exam date, shift timings, exam center address, and other necessary details. Candidates are advised to download their hall ticket as soon as the admit card is available on the website, to avoid a last-minute rush. How to Download UP Assistant Professor Admit Card 2026?

Candidates must visit the official website and download their Assistant Professor hall ticket by following the steps given below:

1. Open any internet browser and type the official UPHESC website in the search bar, https://uphesc.org.
2. Once on the homepage, go to the “Notice Board” that you can locate on the left side of the page, and click on the “View All” option there.
3. On this new page, locate a link titled “Download Admit Card for Assistant Professor Selection Examination 2026” and click on this link.
4. A login portal will open, in which you enter your Registration Number and Password and then click on the “Submit” button.
5. Your written exam admit card will be displayed on the screen.
6. Download your hall ticket in a PDF format and then take 2-3 printouts before the exam day.

Things to Carry to the UPHESC Assistant Professor Exam Centre

Candidates who are going to participate in the Assistant Professor exam are advised to carry certain essential documents to the exam centre. These documents ensure the exam is conducted in a hassle-free way and there is no inconvenience in the exam centre.

• A printed copy of the UPHESC Assistant Professor Admit Card 2026.
• A valid photo ID proof, such as a PAN card, Aadhaar card, Driving License, or a Voter ID.
• 2 recent coloured passport-sized photographs.
• As the exam will be conducted in the offline mode, candidates will be required to carry 2-3 black/blue ball pens with them.

UPHESC Assistant Professor Exam Structure 2026

Candidates appearing for the written exam must have a clear knowledge of the structure of the offline exam. The exam will contain 100 objective-type questions, for which candidates will get 2 hours. There are two parts in the exam: Part 1 has general knowledge, and Part 2 has an optional subject.
