These positions are to be recruited across District Co-operative Banks, U.P. Co-operative Bank, U.P. Co-operative Federation, and other state co-operative bodies across Uttar Pradesh. The application process is entirely online. No offline applications or applications submitted via post will be accepted. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your application:

Step 1 – Visit the Official Website: Go to the official UPCISB portal: https://www.upcisb.upsdc.gov.in and click on the “APPLY ONLINE” link on the homepage.

Step 2 – New Registration: Click on “Click here for New Registration”. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID. The system will generate a Temporary Registration Number and Password which will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. Note this down safely.

Step 3 – Fill in the Application Form: Log in using your registration credentials. Carefully fill in all required details including Personal Information, Contact Details, Educational Qualifications, and Post Preference. Click “Save and Next” after completing each section to save your progress.

Step 5 – Validate Your Details: Click on “Validate Your Details” to review all the information entered. Once you click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”, no further changes will be allowed, so verify everything thoroughly before proceeding.

Step 6 – Pay the Application Fee: Proceed to the fee payment section and pay the applicable fee using any of the accepted online payment modes — Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, IMPS, Cash Card, or Mobile Wallet. Note down the transaction reference number.

Step 7 – Submit and Download: After successful fee payment, your application will be fully submitted. Download and print the final application form along with the fee payment receipt for future reference. These will be required at the time of document verification.
