Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has officially released the call letter for the Certificate Verification process for Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST) and Mechanical
Supervisor Trainee (MST). Candidates who decalred qualified in the written exam can download their DV Call Letter from the official website www.tgprb.in by using login details, i.e. Mobile Number and Password.

Following the declaration of written examination results, 12132 candidates who are declared qualified in the exam have been issued with Certificate Verification intimation call letter, which they have to carry to the venue on 16th and 17th April 2026.

TSLPRB TSRTC TST & MST Document Verification Schedule
Candidates must report strictly as per the date and time mentioned in their intimation letter. Entry is permitted only after showing the intimation letter at the gate. The certificate verification will be conducted over two days at a single centralized venue:
- Venue: Police Training College (PTC), Amberpet, Hyderabad
- Date: 16th and 17th April 2026
- Reporting Time: 9 am

How to Download the TSLPRB Certificate Verification Call Letter 2026?
Follow these steps carefully to download your intimation letter
- Visit the official Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) website: www.tgprb.in
- Look for the link labelled “Supervisor Trainees Recruitment 2025-26 in TGSRTC” on the homepage
- Click on the “Download Intimation Letter” link
- Log in using your User ID and Password (the same credentials used during your online application)
- Your intimation letter will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print the letter on A4-size paper
- Affix a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated space (do not staple — use glue).
Shortlisted Candidates List for TSLPRB Certificate Verification
- For Traffic Supervisor Trainee – A total of 9,377 candidates have scored equal to or more than the cut-off marks and decalred qualified in the written exam and shortlisted for Certificate verification
- For Mechanical Supervisor Trainee – A total of 2,755 candidates have declared qualified in the written exam for Mechanical Supervisor Trainee posts
