The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has released the call letter for the candidates who are declared qualified in the written exam for Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST) and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST) posts. Candidates can download their intimation letters to check on which date their document verification round has been scheduled for.

Following the declaration of written examination results, 12132 candidates who are declared qualified in the exam have been issued with Certificate Verification intimation call letter, which they have to carry to the venue on 16th and 17th April 2026.

Candidates must report strictly as per the date and time mentioned in their intimation letter. Entry is permitted only after showing the intimation letter at the gate. The certificate verification will be conducted over two days at a single centralised venue:

How to Download the TSLPRB Certificate Verification Call Letter 2026?

Follow these steps carefully to download your intimation letter

Visit the official TSLPRB website: www.tgprb.in
Look for the link labelled “Supervisor Trainees Recruitment 2025-26 in TGSRTC” on the homepage
Click on the “Download Intimation Letter” link
Log in using your User ID and Password (the same credentials used during your online application)
Your intimation letter will be displayed on the screen
Download and print the letter on A4-size paper
Affix a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated space (do not staple — use glue).
