RPF SI Exam Date 2024 Out, CBT 1 Exam Rescheduled for Lucknow Center

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced a revised schedule for the RPF Sub-Inspector (SI) Exam date for 2024. According to the updated notice, the computer-based test (CBT) for the Sub-Inspector positions will take place on 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 12th, and 13th December 2024. The exam will be conducted in three shifts on each day. Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly for this competitive examination. For the exam centre of Lucknow, the exam has been rescheduled and the new date for those particular 41 candidates will be announced shortly. 

RPF SI Exam Date 2024 Out

The authorities will conduct the RPF SI Exam at various exam centres as a Computer-Based Test. The candidates who have applied for 452 vacancies of Sub Inspectors under RPF Recruitment 2024 must note that the RPF SI CBT Exam Schedule has been notified. The computer-based test for RPF SI 2024 will be conducted on 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 12th and 13th December 2024 and the exact dates allotted to the candidates have been notified through the candidate’s respective city intimation slips.

RPF SI CBT 1 Exam Reschedule

As per the latest notice, the RPF SI Exam of 41 candidates has been re-scheduled whose centre was allocated for Lab-3 at venue code 15806 (Tech Testing Solution Zone, Lucknow). The date and time of the rescheduled exam will be notified shortly and the admit card, and city intimation link will be activated again. For the remaining venues, the exam will be conducted as per the schedule.

Those candidates who have to appear for computer-based tests for RPF SI posts must have relevant admit cards along with them on exam day. Candidates can download their RPF SI Admit Card 2024 from https://rpf.indianrailways.gov.in/ which was released on 28th November 2024. All essential details regarding examination venue, timing, centre code, important guidelines, etc. has been notified to candidates through this admit card.

This year, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) has announced a total of 452 vacant posts for Sub-Inspector posts. The vacancies are released for both male and female candidates for which the detailed vacancy distribution has been tabulated below.

RPF Exam Pattern 2024

The CBT examination for SI posts will be held in online mode for a total of 120 marks, those who are going to appear for this exam must be well aware of which type of questions will be asked and how many for more effective preparation. Understanding exam patterns will help candidates prepare a better study plan for computer-based tests.

Application Received for RPF SI 2024

The Railway Recruitment Board has received a total of 15.38 lakh applications for Sub-Inspector posts from candidates belonging to different categories. Out of this, 2,87,113 applications are of the candidates belonging to UR category.
