RCFL Operator Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates who are interested in the recruitment must fulfill all the necessary eligibility criteria as set by the Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. The criteria mainly include educational qualification, minimum marks requirement, and age limit, which must be as per the cut-off date.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following educational qualifications from a recognized university or institute:

• Candidates must have completed B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as one of the subjects, along with NCVT certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), which is AO(CP) Trade, or
• Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentice Act, or
• Candidates must have done a 4-year/3 and a half years full-time and regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology under the Sandwich Pattern.

Note: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the last year or as an aggregate of the last two semesters. For candidates from SC or ST categories, the minimum requirement marks is 50%.

RCFL Executive Trainee Application Fee 2026

Candidates applying for the recruitment are required to pay the application fee to complete the application process. The fee amount varies with the category of the candidate. Candidates must pay the application fee online by any digital payment mode. The fee, once submitted, will not be refunded.

Steps to Apply Online for RCFL Recruitment 2026

In the application process, candidates need to fill out the application form with details, upload relevant documents, and pay the application fee. Before starting with the application form filling, candidates must keep all the documents ready in scanned format.

1. Open the official website of RCFL, www.rcfltd.com.
2. On the homepage, go to the “HR” section and inside this section, select “Recruitment.” In this, click on “Apply Online” to open the registration page.
3. Now, select “Click here for New Registration” and enter your basic details that include Full Name, Mobile Number, and email ID. After successful registration, a provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and will be sent to your email ID and as an SMS.
4. Now, log in with the generated registration credentials and enter your personal, educational, and category details. Use the “Save & Next” option to move forward.
5. Upload the scanned copies of a passport-sized photograph, signature, left-hand impression, handwritten declaration, and other documents in the specified format.
6. Now, click on the Preview Tab to verify all the entered details and check the uploaded documents.
7. Now pay the application fee as per your category by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI/Mobile Wallets/IMPS.
8. After successful fee payment, click on the Submit button.
9. Download and print the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

Documents Required During RCFL Executive Trainee Application Process 2026

During the application process, candidates need to upload certain documents in JPG/JPEG or PDF format as required. Alongside, candidates also need to capture a live photo by using a webcam or a mobile. The documents that need to be uploaded are:

Handwritten Declaration: Candidates must write the following declaration in their own handwriting in English-

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

RCFL Executive Trainee Selection Process 2026

The selection process for Executive Trainee is designed to evaluate candidates based on technical knowledge and job-related skills. The recruitment process includes an online test, document scrutiny, final merit list preparation, and medical examination.

1. Online Test: All candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment have to appear for an online test. The exam will be conducted in Mumbai and Nagpur.
2. Document Verification Process – During the time of Document scrutiny, if it is found that the candidate has failed to submit the requisite supporting documents as mentioned in this detailed advertisement.
3. Skill Test – Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test and document scrutiny stage, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for the Skill test.

RCFL Executive Trainee Exam Pattern 2026

• The exam will be conducted in online mode, consisting of objective-type questions.
• The online test will have two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related.
• A total of 100 MCQ-based questions will be asked for a total of 200 marks
• The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
• There is negative marking for wrong answers.

RCFL Executive Trainee Salary 2026

Candidates selected for Executive Trainee posts will be paid a monthly salary in the Pay scale
Rs. 22000/- to 60000/- along with various allowances and perks.
